"The doctors and technicians here are always kind and caring when it comes to my pets' needs, whether a sudden emergency, or annual exam. My nervous kitten did great through Dr Johnston's exam, with her Fear Free training and gentle handling. I was incredibly impressed. The technicians are so good with another cat of mine who needs monthly bloodwork and injections for her autoimmune disorder. These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
