"The doctors and technicians here are always kind and caring when it comes to my pets' needs, whether a sudden emergency, or annual exam. My nervous kitten did great through Dr Johnston's exam, with her Fear Free training and gentle handling. I was incredibly impressed. The technicians are so good with another cat of mine who needs monthly bloodwork and injections for her autoimmune disorder. I have been through all cycles of life with each of the doctors, with the loss of my little old lady cat, and four kittens now. I am grateful to say that Best Friends has my absolute trust and I'm so glad they've been there for me these past five years."
