"We suspected that our sweet cat, JR, would have to be euthanized. I took him to Best Friends (my wife was too nervous to go with me) where Dr. Haag examined him and ran some tests. JR had so many issues and was suffering a lot. Dr. Haag agreed that euthanasia was the best course of action. Dr. Haag was kind, sensitive and compassionate. He very clearly explained all of JR's issues. I had forgotten to take my phone with me so Dr. Haag called my wife and patiently explained all of the problems to her. They left me alone with JR for 15 - 20 minutes so I could say my goodbyes. Dr. Haag and the entire staff were wonderful, caring people."
