New Clients

Welcome to Best Friends Animal Hospital! We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and your pets. At Best Friends, we are dedicated to maintaining the best standard of care possible.

We ask that you send us your pet’s current records either via email or fax ahead of your visit. This helps us expedite the process and get you and your pet seen on time. However, if you are uncomfortable contacting your previous veterinarian for your pet’s records, please inform us of the name of the clinic and we will be happy to contact them for you!

Please expect your first appointment to be about 45 minutes. This gives our doctors time to go over any of your questions and concerns without rushing. We also ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can get you checked in.

For all new patient exams, we request that you bring a fresh stool sample, which allows us to check your pet for intestinal parasites.

Lastly, we ask that all pets either be in a contained carrier or on a leash. This helps to make sure your pet, as well as our other patients in the building, are safe and sound.
